Brand Content Management

Brand Content Management

Consistent, on-brand content produced and published every month, so it keeps happening. You approve the plan. We handle everything after that.

What this is

A managed monthly content service. We plan it, write it, design it, schedule it and publish it across your channels, then report on what it did.

It is for businesses that already know roughly what they want to say and simply need it to happen reliably, at a standard that matches the brand.

Why content stops

Almost nobody stops publishing because they ran out of ideas. They stop because the person doing it got busy with something more urgent.

Content is the work that never has a deadline attached, so it loses every time it competes with client work, a deal or a bad week. Three months later the last post is from March and the brand looks quieter than the business actually is.

Making it somebody's job, outside your business, is the only reliable fix.

What we produce each month

Typical monthly output

Social

Around twenty on-brand posts across your active channels, planned as a calendar rather than posted ad hoc

Articles

Two to four written pieces, structured to be found in search

Email

Campaigns that keep you in front of the people who already know you

Design

All assets created to your brand standard, not templated

Review

Monthly performance summary and a quarterly adjustment to the mix

The mix is set for your business rather than sold as a fixed bundle. If email matters more than social for you, we shift the weight.

Everything stays on brand

This is the part a general content agency cannot offer you.

We build brands for a living, so we are working from your guidelines rather than guessing at them. Type, tone, colour, photography and the way your business talks about itself stay consistent across every post, article and email, whether we created the brand or inherited it.

If you do not have guidelines, we can put a working set in place first so there is something to hold the standard against.

How it runs

Set up We agree the channels, the mix, the tone and the approval process. We build the first content calendar together.

Every month We produce, schedule and publish. You see the calendar ahead of time and approve at one point rather than piece by piece.

Every quarter We review what performed, what did not, and adjust the mix for the next three months.

You get a named contact who knows your brand, not a rotating account team.

Where this sits alongside our other services

Brand Content Management produces and publishes your content consistently.

Our Grow service does something different. It decides what should be published in the first place, sets a measurable outcome and proves what changed every ninety days.

If you know what you want said and need it done properly, this is the right service. If you are not sure what you should be saying, or you need marketing to be accountable to a business result, start with Grow.

We will tell you honestly which one fits on the call.

Questions we are asked

Do you write the content or do we? We do. You approve it. If you would rather write some of it yourself and have us handle everything else, that works too and we will price it accordingly.

Do we need brand guidelines before we start? It helps a great deal. If you do not have them, we can create a working set as a first step so that everything produced afterwards is consistent.

Can you work with our existing brand if you did not create it? Yes. Most of our content clients came to us with a brand already in place.

What happens if we want to pause? Tell us before the end of a month and we will pause cleanly. Everything produced is yours.

Do we have to commit for a long period? No long tie-in. Content works better with continuity, and we will say so, but that is a reason rather than a contract clause.

Who owns the content? You do, including anything we have produced up to the point you stop.

The next step

Tell us what you are publishing now and what you would like to be publishing. We will come back with a proposed mix and a clear price.
