Brand Growth Service

Brand Growth Service

For owner-led businesses that need marketing to keep happening, without an internal team to run it. Grow turns your brand direction into consistent activity, clearer visibility and measurable progress, reviewed every 90 days.

Who Grow is for

Grow is built for one situation. You run a business that is growing, marketing matters to you, and there is nobody whose actual job it is to do it. So it happens in bursts, usually when someone finds a spare afternoon.

You will recognise yourself if marketing goes quiet whenever the business gets busy, if you are not sure whether what you are doing is working, or if you find yourself briefing the same thing twice because there is no agreed direction to brief against.

If you already have a marketing manager or an internal team, Grow is probably not the right fit, and we will tell you that on the call rather than after the invoice.

Most businesses like yours do not have a content problem

They have an ownership problem.

The activity is not missing because nobody knows it matters. It is missing because it belongs to everybody and therefore to nobody. Posting more is not the answer to that. Someone taking responsibility for the direction, the rhythm and the evidence is.

That is what Grow is. Not a volume of posts. A brand-led system, run by us, that keeps the right activity happening and shows you what it changed.

What makes this different from a content retainer

We start with your brand, not with keywords. Generic SEO begins with what people search for and works backwards. We begin with your positioning, your audience and your growth priority, so the first thing we publish is already on strategy.

It is designed for no internal team. Most retainers quietly assume someone your end owns the brief, approves the work and chases the gaps. Ours does not, because in your business that person does not exist. That is a structural difference, not a claim.

We measure from a baseline. Before anything is published we record where you are. Ninety days later we show you what moved. Renewal becomes a conversation about evidence rather than cost.

How Grow works

1 · Diagnose We establish where you are now. Current visibility, how you compare with the businesses you lose work to, what content already exists and what is actually working. We agree one primary outcome, the thing that would make Grow worth continuing.

2 · Foundations We fix what needs fixing before ongoing work can compound. This is a fixed scope with a clear end, so you are not committing to a retainer to find out whether we are any good.

3 · The Grow cycle Ninety days of consistent activity across the channels that matter for your business. Content, search visibility, social and email, chosen for your priority rather than a standard package.

4 · Outcome review At the end of each cycle we show you what changed against the baseline, what we are keeping, what we are stopping and what the next ninety days should focus on. Then you decide whether to continue, change level or stop.

The minimum commitment is one 90-day cycle. That is not a contract preference. Search visibility and content authority compound, and anything shorter measures noise.

What we guarantee, what we target, and what we track

We would rather be clear about this at the start than manage a disappointment later.

What it covers

Our commitment

Guaranteed

Work published to schedule, reports delivered, reviews held

We control this

Targeted

Search positions, visibility, conversion rate

We influence this against an agreed 90-day target

Tracked

Qualified enquiries, orders, cost per enquiry

We contribute to this and report it honestly

Any agency promising you guaranteed leads or guaranteed rankings is either misunderstanding how this works or hoping you do not ask.

Choosing your level

Grow runs at three levels. The level is about ambition, not hours.

Best for

What you get

Core

One clear priority. Get found, stay consistent, build confidence before scaling

Focused activity on the single outcome that matters most

Momentum

Businesses that need marketing to run consistently, with visible progress every 90 days

Broader activity across channels, with proof each cycle. Our most common recommendation

Partner

Entering a new market, channel or growth phase

Senior direction, deeper measurement and a wider brief

Each level can run in one of two ways. BNC Delivers, where we produce and publish everything. BNC Directs, where we set the direction, build the plan and your team or a freelancer executes it. Same thinking, different cost.

We recommend a level after the Diagnose stage, not before it.

Questions we are asked

Do we need to have done a brand project with you first?
No. Many Grow clients come to us after a rebrand or a website, because we already know their brand inside out and can move faster. But plenty start here. Diagnose covers what we need to know.

How long before we see anything?
You will see activity within the first month. You will see meaningful movement in visibility across a full 90-day cycle. Anyone offering faster than that is selling you something else.

What if we cannot share sales or revenue data?
That is common and it is not a problem. We measure what we can see: search positions, visibility against your competitors, traffic quality, enquiries and conversion events. We will tell you honestly which part of the picture is missing rather than inventing a number to fill it.

What if it is not working?
That is what the 90-day review is for. We stop what is not working, scale what is, and reset the target. You can also pause or stop cleanly at the end of any cycle, owning everything we have produced.

Who actually does the work?
Our studio, with senior involvement throughout. You are not handed to an account manager after the sale.

How much does it cost?
It depends on the level and the delivery mode, and we will give you a clear figure after the Diagnose call rather than a number that turns out to mean something different later.

The next step

A short call to work out whether Grow is right for you. We will ask what you are trying to grow, who currently owns marketing in your business, and what one outcome would make this worth doing.

If it is not a fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
